What's New in 2025?

As we strive to provide you with the best possible benefits, we are excited to announce several key updates for the upcoming year. While the core benefit plans you know and trust remain the same, we’ve made some enhancements to serve your needs better.

  • Blue Preferred Network

    We are introducing the Blue Preferred Network, offering you a broader range of healthcare providers and facilities to choose from. (This only impacts claims within the state of Oklahoma.)

  • Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)

    We have partnered with Prime Therapeutics to manage your prescription drug benefits, ensuring you receive the best care and value.

  • New Medical IDs

    All members will receive new medical ID cards reflecting the updated network and PBM information. Please be sure to use these new IDs starting Jan. 1, 2025.

  • UpWise Benefits Decision Tool

    We are launching UpWise, an intuitive decision-making tool that guides you through selecting the best benefits for your unique needs.

How to Enroll

Enrolling in H&P Benefits is easy and can be done from a smartphone, tablet (including a Rig Tablet), laptop or desktop.

  1. Log in here or go to MyHPWay.com from an H&P device.
  2. Click on the Workday icon and go to your Workday inbox.
  3. Click on the "Open Enrollment Change" notification.
  4. Review options and click "Elect" on the benefits you want and "Waive" on the benefits you don't want.
  5. Review dependent information and make changes as necessary.
  6. Review and click "Submit."
