Last week, H&P hosted the Green Country Treasury Management Association's (GCTMA) Economic Update meeting. Several H&P team members are involved in the organization – whose mission is to promote local, low-cost networking and educational opportunities for treasury and finance professionals within the Green Country community to collaborate, learn and share best practices and ideas – including Amber McGregor, manager of treasury at H&P, who serves as board president.

GCTMA welcomed Oklahoma leaders Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum and Tralynna Scott, chief economist for Cherokee Nation Business and as presenters. The discussion centered around the local economy after a global pandemic and touched on several topics including business expansion and innovative talent attraction in Tulsa and Oklahoma. John Lindsay, president and chief executive officer of H&P gave an introduction of the company and a business and energy update.

H&P was excited to host the group for their first in-person meeting since the start of the pandemic with several teams coming together to help ensure a successful event.
